Help! My eye shadow always creases!
Eye shadow can crease if there is too much moisture on the eyelids. To stop
creasing, allow 5 minutes for moisturizer to sink in before applying eye makeup.
A light dusting of a light translucent powder such as Matte-nificent will also
help absorb any extra moisture.
How do I enhance small or deep-set eyes?
Try wearing a light, highlighter eye shadow like
I-Mark in Fairy Dust, Cloud 9 or
Biscotti. If you have small eyes, dab it just under the arch of your
eyebrows and in the center of the lid. For deep set eyes, apply the shadow from
the crease of your lid up to the brow bone.
I'm not into heavy makeup. What can I do?
For the most natural look, use an oil-free tinted moisturizer or sheer
foundation like C-Thru-U to even out skintone. Apply it to the center of the
face and blend outward with fingertips until it disappears. Next, use a
concealer to hide breakouts and capillaries that show through the foundation.
Finally, apply a powder to set everything in place. For touchups during the day,
use oil-blotting papers to absorb the "greasies" without disturbing your makeup
like Cheat Sheet. You can also
enhance beautiful skin with a 'Glow' shade of C-Thru U to add subtle radiance
for a naturally glowing skin.
What foundation shade is right for me?
To find the right foundation shade for your skin color, apply a thin line of
product to your jaw line. Compare the color to the skin on your face as well as
your neck - your ideal shade will seem to disappear and blend right in.
I don’t usually wear blush. What’s the best way to apply it?
The most flattering way to wear blush naturally is to apply it to the “apple” of
the cheeks, in the center of your cheeks. Apply blush while smiling - dab color
onto the apples then blend gently outwards towards the tops of the ears, using
soft stokes. Try it with Good
What blush shade is best for me?
You can try any of mark's Good
Glowing shades. Since all of our shades are sheer, they act as more of a
"face glow" than a traditional blush and can be used anywhere on the face.
My eyeliner smears leaving me with raccoon eyes. How do I keep it in place?
No need to live with linebacker eyes! Use a long-wearing eyeliner such as Eye
Marker or On The Edge. Set it with shadow in a similar shade to increase wear.
How do I get sexy, shimmery skin without looking like a disco queen?
Less is more when it comes to the face. Blend a shimmery highlighter like
Crystal Shimmer lightly along the top of cheekbones, center of eyelids and under
browbone. This will give you a luminous and glowy effect.
I want a sexy pout. Any suggestions?
Gloss! Gloss! Gloss. Try using gloss over lipstick to enhance lips or use alone
for a super pout. You can also dab a bit of gloss in the center of your lips to
make the bottom lip very sexy. Get it with Glow Baby Glow.
